Terms of Use

What the app does

PhotoPaint turns photos into paint-by-numbers pictures and lets you paint them on your phone or tablet.

Your pictures belong to you

We acquire no rights to the photos you use or to the works created from them. You warrant that you use only photos to which you hold the necessary rights — in particular for pictures of other people.

Free and paid

The “Starter” level of detail is free without limit. Higher levels of detail are paid after one free conversion. Prices and scope are shown before purchase; processing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android).

Limits

How many fields a picture yields depends on the subject and cannot be guaranteed. The app is provided without warranty of any particular result.

Store terms

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. How to cancel a subscription or request a refund is explained on the help page.
